A detailed analysis of a property's condition before you buy
We survey the chimney, gutters, roof, windows and exterior walls.
We check the roof space, ceilings, kitchen, walls, floors and bathroom facilities, commenting on wiring, plumbing and heating without testing them.
We test for damp and look for evidence of woodworm.
Where possible we raise manhole covers, report on drainage runs, and comment on matters such as nearby trees or rivers.
We comprehensively photograph the property and incorporate the photographs within the report.
We call you on the day of inspection with a verbal summary, aim to email the full report within 24 hours, and follow up with a hard copy in the post.
